Beta offers customers a complete design, prototyping and turnkey manufacturing service. The application of Beta's designed and manufactured products extend from the farm, right into the high street business world. Almost eighty percent of Beta's products are destined either directly or indirectly, for export. Beta has a highly trained workforce of whom some forty percent are graduates or technicians in electronic, electrical or production engineering. This technological expertise often gives Beta an advisory role in terms of R&D., DFMA, product approval, etc.
Beta is experienced in PCB Assembly (conventional, SMT, mixed technologies), Turnkey Manufacturing of assemblies and complete products, System/ box build, PCB design (CAD), Prototyping, Product Research and Development, Cable Form Manufacturing and Testing, Project Management, and Consultancy. Over the years Beta has earned a reputation for technical expertise and reliability which is further enhanced by holding the IS/ISO9001/EN29001 quality award. Role in project and reason for participation
It is Beta's intention to continue to offer its services of design and manufacturing to existing and new customers. The aim is to
continue to develop strong working relationships with customers and to be their manufacturing partner for the twenty first century and
hence there is a need to address the capabilities to keep abreast of the changes in technology and where appropriate make the necessary
investment. This project will provide an improvement in quality as well as allowing the company to manufacture PCBs with greater complexity.
